This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of project management concepts and tools required to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate projects in real-life contexts. It emphasizes analytical thinking, structured planning, and professional project execution skills.

The course will cover strategic management fundamentals, environmental analysis, SWOT analysis, strategy formulation and implementation, competitive strategy setting, leadership, project management and logframe approach and performance evaluation with an international perspective.

On the successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

1.       Explain key project management concepts and terminology.

2.       Apply project life cycle frameworks.

3.       Design and plan projects using structured tools including logframe approach.
