The Career Planning course is designed as a faculty common course for undergraduate students from all academic disciplines, aiming to support individuals in systematically and consciously planning their academic, personal, and professional development. The course provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills to recognize their abilities, interests, and values, and to align them with realistic career goals in accordance with the dynamic structure of the contemporary labor market.

The course content includes fundamental concepts of career and career development theories, self-assessment of personal competencies, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, goal setting, career path planning, preparation of curriculum vitae (CV) and cover letters, interview techniques, professional communication skills, ethical values, lifelong learning, and digital career management. In addition, students are introduced to employment opportunities across various sectors, entrepreneurship, public and private sector career paths, and national and international career opportunities.
