Assigned and suggested readings, with Perloff’s The Dynamics of Political Communication as the main textbook, will serve as a foundation for students to explore the interplay between politics, media, and society. The course is designed to provide both theoretical frameworks and practical tools for analyzing political messaging, campaign communication, and the impact of digital media. Students will emerge with a conceptual and applied toolkit to critically evaluate communication strategies in contemporary politics and to design their own analyses of political campaigns and media influence.
