ENGL 121 is a first semester, first year English language course offered to all students studying in a 4 year English Medium Program at the University. This course is designed to help students improve their English to B2+ level as specified in the Common European Framework of References for Languages. The course aims to re consolidate and develop students knowledge and awareness of academic discourse, language structures and critical thinking. The course also incorporates use of technologies such as LMS. The course mainly focuses on reading, writing, listening and speaking and introducing documentation as well as presentation skills in academic settings.
